Good work out today. My legs feels like dead weight.
===================================================== My Exercise for the day in detail
1> 3 minute warm-up walking laps around the track at the gym (4 laps) WEIGHT TRAINING Each machine 3 sets of 15 reps 3> Back at 50 pounds 4> Ab at 50 pounds 5> Arm Extension 2 set at 20 pounds 1 set at 25 pounds 6> Arm Curl 2 sets at 20 pounds 1 set at 25 pounds 7> Row at 40 Pounds 8> Chest Press 2 sets at 20 pounds 1 set at 25 pounds 9> Adductor at 50 pounds 10> Abductor at 50 pounds 11> Leg Extension at 30 pounds 12> Leg Curl at 40 pounds 13> Glute at 30 pounds 14> Treadmill 3 MPH for 40 minutes distance = 2 miles
Followed by about 5 minutes of stretching.
