Almost there! 3 pounds from the goal and approaching 80lbs of weight loss since beginning in February of this year! If you stick to your plan and do not let the rigors of life distract you, you can make this happen. Dont give up! We can all reach our goal weight
203.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
