long time no wieght loss. Finally got back on track after several camping trips. lost a pound. No goals until I make sure I am commited again. DAMN YOU HUNGER... DAMN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
