Today I listen to a sermon on self control. It is indeed a hard thing when you want to eat something you shouldn't really bad. Today I overcame my urge to pick up a bad snack yey for me. As the days move on it is easier to make a better decision. 1. I have found that volume is better that high calories foods when changing eating habits 2. on the Atkins I have decided to get little munches in to make a lunch. It help me overcome boredom. 3. For me right now there is no such thing as a food treat. Once I get through phase one down 14-15lbs I will buy me a new outfit complete with accessories and shoes....makebe even get a weave...lol!!!!
