So that one pound has been a lot of work this week. It just seems with working out and no carbs it should fall off a little more quickly. Oh well, a little more time and a lot more work and maybe there will be more progress.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope this comment is welcome... You may want to increase the protien with fish, chicken and lean turkey. I am assuming you are female because of your ideal weight. If you aren't already, add weight/resistance training to your exercise. You won't get bigger but your muscles will get dense, causing pretty dramitic weight lose. Again try to get your protien up over 100 gm. (closer to your goal weight as you get there). Watch for hidden carbs ex. Mustard (and many condiments) and alike says 0 carbs but it does have carbs and they add up at the end of the day.

Make sure you're getting your 12-15 net carbs from veggies. Doesn't look like you're getting nearly enough vegetables. Also, don't eat anything that's not on the approved list of foods for induction. You should try using real cream instead of creamer and no croutons.
