you know what would make a bigger differance? Really show you what you have lost?
Get as many bags of sugar or flour - what ever you have that will weigh up to what you started as and load it all in a backpack. Yeah sweetie - ALL that weight that you lost in ONE backpack and then go for a walk with it on. Long as you can stand! THEN when you take it off you will swear NEVER to go there again.
My friend did that - went on a hike with her family and wore it. Cried with the struggle and lasted a couple of hours. When it came off she cried more and said she nearly floated away when it came off. No wonder she had no energy and knees hurt! (mind you she got her hubby to bag sand so they could ditch it and not carry it home! LOL
But around the house or walking the block you can use what ever. It is a HUGE differance!
