no change in weight, still following my diet, but I've been having some MAJOR cravings. nothing specific, just every time I see or hear restaurant commercials I start wanting their food. dieting sucks.
123.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
