2011 kcal Fat: 155.46g | Prot: 106.44g | Carb: 47.47g.   Breakfast: half and half, butter, coffee, primrose bacon, Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie), muscle milk protein. Lunch: tomato, balsamic vinegar, fresh express baby, cucumber, kalamata, feta, olive oil, canned chicken, lemon juice. Dinner: red zinger tea, cardinis, davids, parmesan cheese, romaine. more...
