Ok, 2 days at McDonalds eating processed food Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! I think I'm going to be sick. But I did it.

That'll teach ya! (tease) But seriously, your body will probably filter that stuff out a whole lot quicker since you have a more healthier lifestyle of eating healthy & exercise. Processed foods tends to stick longer in the digestive systems of people who normal diet is processed & junk foods because their bodies have adapted to it. But when your diet is healthy, the body treats junk & processed foods kinda like poison, and goes into overdrive to get rid of it. So I think you're still in good shape overall buddy. Keep up the good work.
