worked really hard last week worked out four out of seven days. this week im really tired and pms'ing. havent wormedc outvthis week i plan to run wednesday and friday.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
