Started working as a CNA from 3-11 every day. So I'm on my feet all day running from room to room, lifting people, squatting. Ii burn a few 100 calories a day. And to stick to my diet I take my lunch with me which is usually a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with mustard, a Kellogg snack bar, and a sugar free energy drink. If I can afford it I pick up a Kellogg meal bar. I think there very tasty and satisfy my need for sweets.
