This morning, since I have no work, I haven't even had my coffee yet! BUT, if I get off my butt and go to the Y, they have coffee made for the members. Just the smell of coffee is enough for me, sometimes. I just checked the website, and they are having their regular class schedule today. I'm torn, however, between going to the Y (their music is never loud enough for me, it's like elevator music and you can barely hear it-although I haven't taken the cycle class yet. Those are ALWAYS high energy), or going walking/running near my house. I'm out of coffee, so I'd have to go to Publix or McDonalds, (Starbucks is too "expensive" on my points) and then come back home and get ready to go. That's too much for me right now. I'm getting dressed, going to the Y, and taking the cycle. I won't know if I don't like it until I take it, right???
