I made a goal to lose at least 5lb for the month and ended up exceeding my goal - even if it was just by 1lb. I worked hard for the 5lbs and I admit I did slip up a few times but that's ok as long as I don't slip up too much.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
