Recently went from 215 to 183 in about 3 months. I found out what my unhealthy trigger foods (chips, pasta, sweets etc...) were and and brought in healthy ones that I enjoyed or experimented and found healthy alternatives. Stocked up on fruit and vegetables, these were my go tos when I would have a craving. Found alternatives, l/f sour cream instead of butter, spray salad dressings or dipping salad into dressing instead of covering the salad. It all came down to lifestyle change(hated words), self control(started to realize I had none), and a good old kick in the pants(my job in the military will be threatened if I don't lose the weight by OCT. Like most diets I have hit a wall, need to change things up a bit. I lost the weight so fast that I now look like I carry a unpacked parachute around my waist. Accept all help, and hope to be of some assisstance to others.
