im new to "fatsecret" and i really dont understand what the fat flush diet is!
anyway, even though im not sure what it is im just going to eat healthy and you know..
i ate HORRIBLE today. chips, cookies, gummy worms, ugh i completely binged!
:(
welllll im going to the beach tomarrow, i have a 2 1/2 softball practice wendnesday then back to the gym thursday.
*if someone can explain the fat flush diet to me i would GREATLY appreciate it.
