I have been having tummy sickness last night and today... I missed a protein, 2 starches, fat, fruit and a lite yesterday. Finally went in to weigh this afternoon and dropped 5 lbs from Wed. I hadn't ate yet today when I went in. I sure hope the missed foods don't come back to bite me in the butt as I noticed in the past, if I skipped portions, I would actually gain. I am really focusing the rest of the weekend and hope it stays off!!!
