Gym was HARD today and it is only Tuesday! I wanted to give up at 20 min on the Elliptical SO BAD but I stuck with it and I did 35 min workout and a 5 min cooldown! I was really proud of myself. I also had a REALLY red face when I got in the car. I hate being so white, it makes me so red when I workout. I think I really like going at 6am though, gives me more time to come home and get a shower and relax for a second. Not sure if I am going to continue it though, it's hard getting up this early and kicking my own butt this hard, lol.
