Finally broke my 3 day plateau. I was getting disappointed. I know I can't expect to see results every day but 3 days is a long time....grrr...Anyway, I am super happy with my results. This is the lightest I have weighed in 10 years! Yeah me!

Lost so far: 18.6 lb.
Still to go: 44.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
