I feel like I can't get this under control at all. I think a lot also has to do with my medicine. I stopped BC and I hate my heart medicine. Ever since I found out about my heart problem, I've been less and less inclined to work out. And now with my asthma terrible as well, it makes me even more nervous. I just feel very out of control when it comes to my body right now.

Don't put too much of a strain on yourself. Aim for getting in your 10,000 steps aday walking.

My mom is a respiratory therapist and her best advice whenever I feel stressed is to take 5 deep breaths whenever I think about it. This works a lot into weight loss and excersize. Just like when your body doesn't have enough water you get a head ache and feel fatigued, the same thing happens when you're not properly oxygenated; similarly when your hydration and oxygene levels are low, your body does not function properly so the work you're doing by eating right isn't working to it's full potential. Taking the 30 seconds to take those deep breaths, even if it hurts a little, can really get you energized. It usually hurts because your lungs are not inflating correctly, but when you've worked them and opened them, it stops hurting. Give it a go for a day and if you're still having troble breathing or if it hurts too much without letting up, you may need to talk to your doctor. It's possible that you need a breathing treatment for a jump start.
