good morning! crazy busy at work again! i guess i'm gonna be more of journal writer for awhile. i feel bad because i'd like to read everyone else's and respond, but i have so little time for that now. :(

anyway, food is good. exercise...not so much. i'm planning on doing the shred tonight and tomorrow. we'll see what happens!

You're doing so well...I know how a stressful day at work can damper the urge to exercise. I always appreciate your kind comments and I'm sure many folks in here do as well. Keep that smile on!!!

I have found a new exercise video and I like it way better than the shred it's called barry's bootcamp, it's really awesome. But it does cost $..... We will enjoy reading your journals than Gina...

Try mixing up some cardio in between the days you do the Shred. Cardio is the easiest type of exercise to get in. Just go for a walk!!
