Have been having "treat days" "spike days" or "junk days" for 3 days now. Cant say it wasnt yummy :)
Writing it down to make myself accountable now..No more cheat days until I reach 160 lb now. That's a promise to myself.
Summer vacations started for my kiddo. She recently started reading and its so much fun to watch her try to read each and every word she lays hers eyes on. So I am chatting with a friend on gtalk and she sttuters..ASSH**E. Mumma, how do you read that..and I am like " Lets forget this and play " Saved me this time..better be careful next time. :)

Just looked at your food journal...do you really just have buttermilk for breakfast? I couldn't bear the thought of drinking that by itself.

The buttermilk I use is actually different than what u get in US. Its very tasty.Think of it as thinned yogurt with some herbs. I have also started my protein shakes in the mornings. Extreme chocolate delight :)
