Got a new scale last night. No doubt there is a difference in accuracy. From a 15yr old analog scale to a digital Omron "Body Monitor" Still weighing at the same time in the morning however..
215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
