Good morning, everyone! Today is just blah right now. The fiance and I got into a fight last night, and we're not on the best of terms right now. Thankfully, we've decided to go to pre-marital counseling and I think it's really going to help! We're so similar as far as our attitudes, and I think we need to get ourselves in check. We'll see what happens!

On the food & exercise front, I'm doing fine. I was so not feeling up to the Shred last night and wound up only doing about 15 minutes of it. I just had no energy whatsoever. I guess this happens sometimes!

Gina, I'm so sorry, but you know marriage is work that's why the divorce rate is so high, no one wants to work at it. Hang in there if it's meant to be and he is truly the "one" then all will be fine. And even though you only did 15 minutes of shred you still did something. Exercise will help pull your spirits up, so keep plugging at the exercise.

Thanks for the encouragement, Shannon! Gena, thanks for the kind words. i really appreciate it. he's definitely the one. he's my best friend, but we bump heads sometimes. i'm very stubborn and italian! and he's stubborn and irish! lol!

Gina, OMG Irish and Italian two very strong personalities. You all will work through just got to get past your stubborn personalities. It's not the end of the world just a bump as you said. :)

Sorry about the fight. That happens when you live with someone. : ( That's good you're putting in the effort. I'm sure all will be okay. Exercise will help you feel better, both energy and mood-wise, so try to get some of that in there. Good luck with everything! xoxoxo.
