Curry Monster's Journal, 08 June 2009

Today I started, and well I am hungry. Very hungry. I have had green bean noodle soup, with cilantro, tofu, & a whole lime, 1 veggie bullion cube (15 cal). And that was my meal 3 times today.

I also had a very small baked potato (microwaved)
with broccoli and *some cheese.
It was after my 3rd soup at dinner time.

I ran for 1 hour straight.
went approx. 13 miles. (I can do better)

Right now I am focusing on not too much muscle strain.
That way I can focus on just the fat loss,
rather than muscle gain.
I believe I am strong enough to keep at this.

I guess we'll see.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
