weight went up by 3lbs over the past week even though I am walking everyday and exercises...so must be muscle!!! lol But back down to 211 so I am happy. Eating right and loving this way of lifestyle... not a diet people!!!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
