okay.....quit smoking.....check, now time to work on the lazy tendencies and the over eating of the wrong foods......this is hard, i want a cigarette really bad, but have been making small changes and have lost 7 pounds since i quit smoking 3 weeks ago, so I am going to take that as a good sign. I want to be able to run after my grand-kids and right now I cant even climb the stairs, so I am trusting in God and my will to keep me on the right path!! My sister is my inspiration for tracking this, so here we go!!!!

Dont let the gain on the scale break your determination, its just water weight buy some water pills and take one or two a day you will feel the difference.
