So life picks up, I travel a lot, and just lose all progress...Ahhhh!

Well, back in the saddle again, I suppose. I still exercise plenty, I just haven't been able to keep up on the proper eating habits.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
