Trying hard to stay on plan. Working on decreasing carbs, especially bread. Today I've been attempting a new thing, which is to eat several small meals/snacks during the entire day, also drinking more water. The idea is I tend to concentrate in 3 meals, and dinner is the heaviest. It's hard to do, but worth trying. Had a really light breakfast: yogurt and my usually latte. Then had popcorn (94% fat free kettle corn) and an Honest Ade cranberry lemonade. Going to be making a roast tonight, so dinner will be heavier. Onwards!
