My diet is based on the Dr. Perricone's recomendations. So basically avocados, nuts, vegs, fruits, fish (specially salmon) and wholemeal. The problem is that some of them contain lots of calories. Gotta be careful with it being very difficult.

Breakfast: Plums, kiwi, Fresh Brown Sliced Bread, Mini Crackers, Irish Slimline Milk (fat free), Ricotta, Happy cow Light, Yogurt Activia Forest Fruit. Lunch: single, butter, Italian Bread.
