Hope to be back on track this week. The sore throat is better, all the graduation and birthday parties are done, although the rain seems to have set in for a while. I will just have to break out the old exercise videos and exercise inside. I am trying to move away from my restrictive eating plan and move towards intuitive eating. I felt like I needed the restrictions to sort of de-tox and heal my metabolism, but really I get sick of eating chicken or turkey for breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and supper.

I love rain. I grew up in SE Alaska, where it rains ten months of the year (snows six weeks, sunny two weeks). I'm sure you will do great with intuitive eating. Variety is a good thing! Good luck.

Good luck with the new plan! If that doesn't work out, see if you can find variety in other ways - there's all kinds and flavors of veggie burgers that will take the place of chicken or turkey. It's rainy here, too. Good that you have a back-up plan!
