Started yesterday. Cramping in lower back. OWWWIE!! Thinking I may call into work today. It hurts that bad. :(
I'd dropped below the 260 mark earlier in the week, but jumped back up due to my stupid period. I didn't know it was coming (I've always had a very irregular cycle) so at least I feel a bit better knowing that's the cause of the "rebound". Hoping I'll lose that extra again quickly once it eases off.
