I made it through Mother's Day bbq on only 343 calories! It actually wasn't that hard. Part of the motivation was that I knew I couldn't figure out how many calories were in most of that stuff so I couldn't enter it or know how much I've eaten.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
