2359 kcal Fat: 119.64g | Prot: 105.93g | Carb: 211.32g.   Breakfast: Sugar, Fried Egg, Olive oil, Skimmed milk, Margarine light, White bread. Lunch: Guacamole, Chocolate Flavored Mousse, chicken burger, hommus, Olive oil, Breaded Cod Fillets, Mayonnaise Lither than Light, carrots, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Dinner: Hummus (Commercial), skimmed Milk, sugar, ham, Ricotta, White bread. Snacks/Other: Seafood Stick, Yogurt Natural Fat Free, beer, Avocado, Skimmed milk. more...
