Ahhhh. Thats better,. Thanks for walking me through my mini melt down. Flushed out and watched the salt. Its one of those things I never paid much attention to. I know this weigh in was better as my morning movement (were not talking Beethoven here) happened pre weigh in. Its usually been "going down" after I am dressed and at work! (Yep, its crossed my deranged mind to take a scale to work, strip down naked in the mens room and weigh myself there!!) Have to do push ups and sit ups challenge today, missed my sit ups yesterday. Peace ya'll!

Oh lordy, that would be hillarious to have you naken in the john weighing in. The guys would probably open the door and shut it just as quick. LOL. No worries. We all have our moments. Salt is easy to forget about. There is so much in processed foods now. Enjoy your pu and sit ups.

Hey, Congrats on your weight-loss. I just noticed your "little weight-loss progress thing-a-ma-jig turned green meaning you are oh so close to your goal now. That is great! I have been watching mine change colors too. What fun! Keep up the good work!
