I have no idea how I am losing weight now that I am on crutches and eating more than I did before while doing weight lifting and cardio. Oh well. I think walking on crutches probably burns more calories than I think. Sometimes I think I was over training before and my body would not let me lose weight because i was doing too much cardio and weight lifting. Is that possible? Weight seems to come off easier right now by dieting alone.

2 years later I think I am considering lap band. Dieting sucks.
