From Feb 2010 to Nov 2010 I was counting and recording calories everyday and exercising (45 min cardio and 45 min walking) at least 5 times a week. I lost 30 lbs and I did not want to diet over the holidays so the counting calories stopped and the exercising slowly came to a halt. I gained 7 lbs back over the holidays and then decided to start watching my portions again after the new year. I have since lost 6 of the 7 lbs and here it is March 2011 and I'm starting over again! I start the exercising today with a nice long walk and then tomorrow....cardio here we come!!!!
