1 pound up since yesterday. I think the extra sodium did it. I didn't realize how much sodium plain chicken has. Yesterday I had @ 3500 mg as opposed to my usual 1500-2000 mg.
Yesterday I had plenty of water, not sure how much, but I woke up very thirsty.

Lost so far: 4.0 lb.
Still to go: 24.0 lb.
Diet followed N/A.

You probably already know this, but if you will be sure to drink 100 ounces of plain water today, you should be able to restore balance and shed that retained fluid. Have a blessed day!
