saturday

today i devote my day to hunger. There is no way i can eat normal, so i rather not eat at all... the scale went way up, i can give you several reasons, one of them is eating an average of 2000 kcal a day, and that is too much for me. Other reasons are tom coming up, lots of muscle ache, warm weather, salty foods.

anyway, i will not stand for this weight, i don't care if the reasons are valid or not, so i will not eat outside my diet today, meaning hunger!

I also have no way to work out today, so i'll give my muscles their much needed rest. meaning hunger again!

hunger is not a bad thing, just means your tummy is empty.

love Maud.

Definitely, your muscles need a rest day occasionally. Maybe your weight being up is because your muscles are on a healing cycle and are retaining fluids. I would be gaining at that many calories, for sure.

Take a teaspoon of coconut oil in your coffee or tea. This will help keep you satiated. Coconut oil is good for the body. Hang in there.

Good for you, Maud. I got a deload (kinda sorta) from formal lifting to do furniture moving when I went down to move my dad. Lots of nervous energy that made it really hard on me without the routine exercise. Moving someone is not at all the same as having a routine you go through. I've missed the routine. I'm back. I'm going to do 15 minutes of rowing on the non-lifting days to keep that nervous energy in check.

Well, you know the dangers of needing more fuel to exercise a lot. Your body (and mind) get used to the higher calories. As long as you know what you need to do and can handle being hungry for a while, you'll fix this. Best of luck.
