I am realizing how important it is to get enough sleep. I have been shorting myself on sleep lately. Last night I went to sleep at a decent time. Was not as grumpy about getting up earlier than normal this morning. Another benefit. Lost 3lbs overnight.
Going to go to bed now to see if it keeps working...Goodnight all...sleep tight!
Tomorrow is my 28th Wedding anniversary. Going on a sunset dinner cruise on Lake Minnetonka here in Minnesota. Supposed to be a gorgeous evening and should be very romantic. Can't wait!

Happy Anniversary, a dinner cruise will be so romantic. Sleep is something I have always been deprived of. If it is out there I have tried it doesn't work.
