I had a peaceful day today. Feeling good. I'm adding a new meal starting tomorrow. I think I'll be doing a lot of math trying to figure out how many calories in a whole rotisserie chicken minus the skin. Any idea how many calories in a store bought rotisserie chicken? I'm going to pick all the meat off... breasts, legs, wings and throw away all the skin and bones. I want to divide all the meat into equal portions, maybe 4 servings?
Oh, actually- I already ate the drumsticks so I'll have to exclude those. ha! yummy.

I would say just weigh everything once you take all the bones out and portion it out into 3-4 oz and freeze them until you are ready to eat it. Welcome to Fatsecret.

C's got it. Just weight it after you remove the bones and skin. But the skin is fat and you'll need that in your diet too.
