Trucks broke down out at the lake. :( If it's not one thing it's the next.

Have a couple of steaks thawing. Looked at a bag of chocolate chip cookies. 2 cookies is 170 calories. That's obscene. That's a third of a meal for Pete's sake.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes. 1 Granola bar too. Hard to believe. No wonder we put on fat. :(

I think, how much good food I can eat compared to the calories in junk food. I do eat tortilla chips occasionally, a few in a taco salad or like after the canoeing for 5 hours I had a handful, I was craving salt and water.

yeah that's the reason I lost so much weight while doing the no chocolate (and cookies) challenge
