this weight was in august 2014 when I was doing jogging on tdl for 4-5 hours daily...... but problem is with my intake.
my intake is close to 2000 calories per day. MY Night meal comes to 900 calories due to wine and chicken...... if night meal is eliminated than weight loss will be progressive
108.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Wow, were you training for an ultra marathon (50 or 100 miler)? You are already at a very low weight and have very little to lose. You might do better to focus on fat loss and not weight loss. Fat loss will make you smaller and leaner. Make sure your goal weight is in a healthy weight range for your height, age, sex ,etc. Plan out your meals the day before and spread your calories through out the day to keep your blood sugar level. Skipping meals can cause you to overeat at other meals. Balance and moderation in all things. You only have one body, take good care of it.
