The scale has been dropping unusually fast for me this week. So much though, that I haven't logged it on here because of disbelief. Today, I was 167.2. On Monday, I was 171. I'm not doing anything wildly different. For months and months I couldn't break 171 (i yo-yoed b/t 171 & 176) and now all of a sudden I drop almost 4 lbs in 4 days?!

I continue to have difficultly with my anxiety. Today I did EFT followed by a walking the stairs for 30 mintues. It was helpful. Walking the stairs was a great work-out. Afterwards, my legs were shaking. Just goes to show my daily hour walks aren't cutting it (which I knew).

Tonight we have dinner/drinks with friends. I'll keep the meal relatively low carb except for the wine. Can't take the carbs out of that. I'll log my weight tomorrow.
