Went to bed yesterday at 7:30pm. Just exhausted, headache, took 2 Tylenol and zonked out till 6:30am. Huge storms overnight. Opted to run a minimum of 10 minutes on elliptical tonight versus this morning. Took mouth guard out, and apparently I am stressing (good reason why - work related - someone told me false information, and now it effects client) -- under my tongue was symmetrical white blotches, which I can only assume means there was too much suction. Fortunately, most have vanished by now (nearly noon). Hurt a little to the touch, but that's about it.

Today I really just wanted to take lunch hour this morning and go do something else other than work. My mind is not in the game today, and it shows. For example - I deleted my pictures file, restored back to 9am this morning and it did not restore my pictures file...fortunately I had a jump drive with over 2800 photos that were able to be uploaded. Talk about feeling dumb. Shesh!!!

Ate my boiled egg...but craving crackers, only cause a coworker was enjoying them, and I'm not hungry, but I'm stressing and I want to eat.

Didn't help that I'm up today. Think it's due to sitting on my butt most of the day and stress. Same story, just different day. And I've been exercising! And eating right! So WTH?????? Stress. It's the only thing I can come up with that seems to fit.

It's hard not to beat oneself up. I know I still struggle with it. In times of stress, there is one thing I keep telling myself over and over again...and that's "Remember to breathe...you can get through this."
