Even with my bad back, I've been able to use the exercise bicycle 1 hour a day, doing intervals. I can't do intervals every 30 seconds (too tiring), but I can do 12 seconds every minute. (I can't do this for an hour straight. Way too boring, even with my audio book. I go in twice for 40 and 20 mins each.)
Went out for Chinese and ordered the steamed vegetables and chicken. No soy sauce, no oil. It was very bland, but not too bad with a little salt and pepper. I managed not to eat _anything_ off the pupu platter! If I took one bite I knew it'd be all over.
