Drinking 100% cranberry juice - 1 oz in 8 oz water. Drank about 3 oz cranberry juice in a day. Read it helps detox your body and help to lose weight.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Just joined challenge. Today my lower back is hurting and I am moving very carefully. Will see how many planks I can do tomorrow. I will try my best without hurting myself further.

I also just joined the Lose 5 Lbs by 8/31/14. I go back to work next Wed working at a school. Usually the first week has a lot of extra foods around (is before the students start school). To resist eating the unhealthy foods (or eat very little of them) will be a challenge for me in itself!
