not feeling well today. stopped at dairy queen..... really wanted a chocolate shake. pulled in line and took out my phone. pulled up my fs app and checked the calories. .... I left without a shake and without the guilt. ... and without that shake on my butt.......still feel crappy but I'm not also mad at me right now either! Thank you fs!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I looked up the Dairy Queen blizzard, small and most of them are over 700 calories so I have boycotted them.

Funny thing is I'm not into shakes..at all, i havent had one in probably 15 years. just dont do them.....but I really wanted one. haha..thanks for the support. i shocked myself once again. I can do this, we can do this. I just had to show myself to believe
