Another nice day. Cloudy but only up to maybe 80. Humidity was a little higher but not bad. Did my intervals/walking outside since it was so nice. I thought I was going to have trouble since my glutes and quads were still a little sore from yesterday with the trainer. To my surprise I didn't have any issues and could push pretty hard on the intervals, almost up to 2 minutes on my first sprint. I figure I'll probably pay for it tomorrow though :) Two days rest and then back at it. With all this exercise I feel great although my blood glucose was up a little when I tested after my workout. I'm hoping all of this exercise will increase my insulin sensitivity.

Excellent job! Got to put a microscope over your food intake and see what it is that is spiking your glucose. Do you use MCT oil or take Coconut oil pre-workout?

I usually have some nut butter, almond or peanut, about an hour pre-workout. I'll need to get an insulin reading the next time I get blood work done which will be in a couple of weeks. Still learning about this whole diabetes thing.
