Okay, so around 11am I got light-headed, took my bonine/motion sickness tablets. Better. Ate something (no effect). Found my nasal spray in the car (great place for it)...and took that. Better. Now it's nearly 4:30pm and I could take a nap. What the heck???

Maybe you have something coming on. I kind of felt that way today, I got kind of dizzy and nauseated all of a sudden, then was better after a while, but I'm tired and feeling feverish, so maybe we're both coming down with something. Probably the body's way of saying "get some rest!" :)
