Down 4# since Sunday. It's amazing what staying very close to my 2k cals/day and good exercise can do!!!
Whoo Hoo!!! Back on the right track.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
